This is a great camshaft for daily driver applications where more sound and power is wanted in comparison to our Stage 1 camshaft. It is common to see over 400 whp with this grind when backed with proper supporting mods. An aftermarket stall converter (2800+ rpm stall) is ideal for automatic vehicles. It is best to consult your tuner or the BTR sales team when deciding on a converter. This cam was created with a focus on all-around drivability while giving the engine the attitude you desire from a V8. This camshaft, like our other offerings, is easy on valvetrain parts!

The BTR Stage 3 N/A Camshaft (LS1/LS2/LS6) is the go to for people desiring an aggresive idle matched with a powerband that will stretch into the 450+ whp range around 6000 RPM when paired with quality supporting modifications. Automatic applications will need an aftermarket torque converter to take full advantage of this cam's powerband and to ensure good idle and drivability characteristics.

The largest offering in our naturally aspirated LS1/LS2/LS6 lineup, the Stage 4 has proven it's worth time and time again. The Stage 4 sacrifices a some low rpm torque while on a mission to make max peak power. It is not uncommon to see 460+whp with proper supporting mods including a quality set of cylinder heads.
