Worked great for my application
I used one auger directly in front of the muffler. (Flow master FX) On a 2011 Silverado 6.0 LS. Before installed it was very loud and obnoxious. After installing it has a rumble but it is much quieter than expected. I can't believe the difference. Definitely would recommend.

They work, but my 3.5" did not fit as good as my 3"
I have a set of these in 3" on a street vehicle love them, it really cuts down the rasp and the noise. 5 stars on those. However I bought a set of 3.5" and there loose in my pipe. The 3" I hammered in and good tight fit, the 3.5" theres a even gap going across outside.

I used a total of 8 spirals in each side pipe, on a hot rod project, 400 hp engine. Definitely helped quiet it down, probably not quite enough, with no noticeable power loss.

Hammer the baffles in place in less than 10 minutes. I would've said 5, but I had to taper grind one of the baffles to fit a little easier. Even so, great product!
