Does what it's supposed to do.

These works well to give you extra room when you prefer to use stock style valve covers. My spacer set came in bare aluminum. The only thing I wish was different is that the bottom gasket side doesn't have a lip like the stock valve covers to retain the gasket and prevent it from pushing out.

I used the Felpro steel reinforced neoprene gasket between head and spacer. The spacer looks great and works like it should. I made sure they were perfectly flat before installing and they were.

Had to buy these because my stud girdle hit the valve cover . Now I have plenty of clearance. They blend in with the aluminum heads well, so they don't stick out like a sore thumb.
