Used for heater lines on a rear engine car. Tubing is super soft which makes it easy to bend and flare. I used a bender, but I'm sure you could do larger radius bends without any tools. I would actually prefer the tubing a little harder so it would resist damage and hold it's shape better, but I could not find hard tubing in the lengths I needed.

I had to run a new heater core return line as my turbo setup ran into the factory one - this 5/8" tubing worked great. It's easy to bend, flares well, and in general seems like quality stuff. If you don't have a tube bender, fill the tubing with sand and compact it to avoid kinking. This is what I ended up doing and it worked perfectly. I'll definitely be keeping this tubing in mind for future projects.

This 5/8" aluminum tubing works great for the application I am using it for. A 13 ft. Long section to make a magnetic loop antenna 4.2 ft. Dia. for the 20 meter wavelength (radio) band. This tubing. Is extremely hard to find locally. Worked into a couple of South American countries. Great price, quality and shipping. Thanks Ken Wontor KW4DI

Dose this bend nicely ? I'm looking around because I need to connect two 10 an on my cooling system for my car. There petty close (only need a foot or so of line.) but there has to be probibly 2x 45° Or close to 45° bends. I've got some aluminum pipe but it dose not bend nicely.
