Hello, is the outside diameter of the Aluminum 1928-35 Ford Wire Wheel Adapters, 5 x 4-1/2 only 7" as you write in the details. Because the contact surface of my wire wheel starts at 7" and need a minimum of 8" outside diameter. Is it possible that you meassure one adapters outside diameter ? best regards Ralph Mohr

Hi, What lug nut style/type is used to secure the wheel adapter to the hub? I assume they (the lug nuts) would have to fit down into the adapter for the wheel to lay flat against the wheel adapter.
