I'm going to have to hang this rad at the rear of my car I need a 12"13" X 21" rad thickness isn't an issue I have to cool a 496 GM electric fan or fans will be used along with either electric or belt driven with a 42 to 45 Gal per min flow will this rad work if not what is available
