Good hangars for the price. The only complaint I have (minor) is that the rubber doesn't snap together to stay in place which makes it a bit more difficult to hold everything together, hold the exhaust up, and start the bolt. Works fine though.

The brackets are bare steel, I had to prime them myself before install. I thought, based on the website picture, they were matte black. Not major, but also not expected.
