64.5-1966 Mustang Power Disc Brake Conversion Kit, Black Calipers

This power disc brake conversion kit is designed specifically for 1964½–1966 Ford Mustangs and provides a complete front and rear upgrade with red powder-coated calipers. It requires a minimum 14x7-inch rim for the front and 15-inch rims for the rear, all with a 5x4.5" bolt pattern. The kit includes 4-piston front calipers and single-piston rear calipers with an integrated emergency brake option, along with pre-loaded brake pads and standard rotors for both front and rear.

In addition to the core braking components, the kit comes with rubber brake hoses, bearings, seals, dust caps, mounting hardware, caliper brackets, and front dust shields. It also includes emergency brake cables, making it a comprehensive solution for converting from drum brakes to power disc brakes.

The package features a Mustang-style booster conversion setup, including a 7-inch single-diaphragm brake booster (black powder-coated), a square single-bail master cylinder with OEM-style casting numbers, and an optional embossed “teardrop” lid. It also includes a disc/disc proportioning valve kit with a bottom-mount bracket and pre-bent lines for proper brake balance.

This conversion kit is compatible with 1964–1969 Mustangs equipped with V8 drum brake spindles, but it is not suitable for vehicles with inline 6 spindles.
