I bought this kit for my 73 Camaro, price was best I found shipping was fast parts looked to be good quality I did notice threads on tierod ends were longer than what came off car thought no big deal after install ran out of room to adjust as inner and outer tierods were touching in sleeves had to remove from car and I cut 1 inch of each end no big deal if you have proper tools but is definetly a issue took car for alignment everything is good

I am working on a 1954 truck with a Camaro subframe. What is the difference in compatibility between the 73-74 steering kit and your 75 - 81? Without knowing the subframe year is there a way to identify what kit I need?
