Great part
Part fit just like stock part. It cured part of my steering problem. Now I need an alignment and the car should steer like new. Great price, service and shipping.

Product stated it would fit an X body. It doesn't not even c
I purchased this part because it was advertised as fitting a GM F-body/X-body application. My vehicle is a 1974 Pontiac Ventura, which is built on the X-body platform. Before ordering, I even used the website's fitment checker. Instead of stating the part would not fit my vehicle, it only displayed that it may not fit, which gave me enough confidence to place the order. When I had questions, I contacted technical support. After waiting nearly an hour and being transferred between departments multiple times, the experience was extremely disappointing. In fact, customer service seemed to know more about the product than the so-called technical support staff. When the part arrived, it was immediately obvious it was incorrect. Comparing it to my original center link, it was approximately six inches shorter, had different bends, and wasn't even close to fitting my vehicle. This wasn't a minor difference—it was clearly the wrong part. I contacted customer service and explained that the website's fitment information was inaccurate. While they agreed to accept the return, they still deducted $12 from my refund for return shipping. Since the incorrect fitment information on their website caused the mistake—not anything I did—I believe the company should have covered the return shipping cost. Customers should not be penalized for errors in a company's product listings. The $12 itself isn't the issue. It's the principle. Good customer service means standing behind your product information and taking responsibility when your company makes a mistake. Since then, I've received multiple emails asking me to review my experience. I've responded to each one with the same comments, yet nothing has changed. That leaves me with the impression that customer feedback is either ignored or selectively removed when it's critical.
