Nice part but does not fit

I did a power steering box change and the new pitman arm did not fit. The splines are about 1000ths to small and would not go on the steering shaft.

For anyone who purchases this pitman arm, Ford tie rod ends will not fit however part #91032232 does fit. Just a little bit of helpful information

im looking at this for a cross steer application not the car its designed for .. im guessing by this thing having .694" of drop it means the tapered end the tie rod goes hangs below the splined end by that amount as installed on a steering box in the vehicle.... that said, in this orientation, is the tie rod end tapered so the tie rod installs from the top or bottom side of the pitman arm.. thankyou very much
