bought this kit or a frankenstein of a 48 f100 with very little work and modding this kit fit like it was made for it

This kit works but you have to work to make it work

The kit comes with almost everything needed to directly bolt it on and go. You will need to buy adapter fittings to go from the master cylinder to your vehicles brake lines. You will also have to cut the sleeve that goes from the pedal to the booster so it will fit properly.

Solid Product - Included EVERYthing

I never write reviews, but this kit was well put together, and even included the proper brackets for bolting to the firewall. It came with all the necessary plugs and fittings, and didn't require several trips to the parts store like everything else I've ever ordered in my life.

Worked out great. I did have to shim it out a little bit but nothing a washer couldn't fix's

Ok. Everything fit together well. Bolted on truck fine. BUT. Needed to maje a ne firewall plate with new, smalker center hole, in new location to alight Everything and use the provided seal. Had to cut 2.5 inches out of actuator rod as it was way to long as well. But all in all. Pretty slick kit

I would probably use this unit again

I installed this in my project truck. I'm a long way from getting my project on the road. My only negative is the rod that connects the booster to the brake pedal was too long, I was thus unable to use it, however I was able to come up with a clean solution with parts from my local hardware.

A great upgrade

Easy enough to install, it would have nice to have some some basic instructions, but easy enough to figure out. A very nice upgrade !
