Part fit good. Seems to be strong thick metal. Put it on my '55 Chevy with no issues.

I have a 1957 Chevy truck front axle and would like to convert to disc brakes with a 5 on 5" bolt pattern. I was told I can get used discs and calipers from a wrecker if I get these brackets? Is that the case? I can't afford to buy a new complete kit
