Speedway Motors 91017443 Details

Help dress up your 1949-1953 flathead Ford V8 by replacing that beat-up old oil filler tube with these great-looking stainless steel versions. Tube is 6-1/4" long and measures 1-3/8" O.D.at the top and it comes with a chrome push-on breather cap.

Fits most Offenhauser intake manifolds. Radiator hose modification may be required on some applications.

Nice item

Nice item. I would not have needed this if the Offy Regular Dual intake was not larger than a stock oil fill tube. I have a nice tube and cap, but the Offy intake has a larger opening so could not use. It looks nice though just not original!

Nice finish, but way to short

Nice looking piece, however, on the Offenhauser 4 barrel intake it is about 4 inches short. When I ordered it I made the assumption it would be the same length as the stock part. Not so fast, again way to short to clear all of the stock parts, ie thermostat housing.

Filler tube is too short for 49 53 flathead and breather cap lip interferes with radiator rubber hose as the hose is in the front on 8BA.

Looks great, but a little loose in an Edelbrock 1107 manifold. Maybe the manifold hole is a little big. Cap doesn't fit securely. Others have complained about this, too. I'll have to do some engineering on it to make it right.
