I bought this hoping it would fit a 1936 Ford Flathead V8. However, the bail on the end of the pump lever is fixed in place. On a 1936 Ford fuel pump the bail is free to move about. I had to return the pump, not because it was faulty, but it didn't fit my application.

Thanks to the tech guy who helped me figure out what year the engine was out of, because it's a 1935 Ford fire engine out local American Legion uses in a parade. I got the right parts and worked great.

I have already purchased the #910-11525 fuel pump. My question is what type of connector this is use, both input and output. I know it's 1/2-20, but is it a flare type fitting (like your 916-11064) or is it a 1/4" tubing with the ferrule type fitting? I'd think that Speedway would sell fittings that fit their product, so tell me which one to use?

I need a mechanical fuel pump for a Ford flathead. The original engine came out of a 1941 Ford half ton pickup. The current engine is the larger engine from 1945 - 1948. Speedway lists a number of mechanical bumps. Can you advise me how to select the correct one. Your 91011523 is described as compatible with 1934 - 1946. But when I put in a filter of 1947 Ford 1/2 ton, it still is listed. thanks
