Overall Assessment

The product stands out for its fast installation process despite requiring some modifications for perfect alignment. Customers appreciated its practicality. However, some customers noted that a hole in the product doesn't align perfectly with the Saginaw box and needs slight adjustments. While the product requires adjustments to suit the OEM column, its ease of installation is still praised by customers. Importantly, the product's material quality is robust and safe, with one bolt installation proving a bit challenging. Most users would buy the product again, indicating their overall satisfaction.

Aside from this bracket, and a Saginaw 525 box, what else is needed to install this box in a 1947 Ford while keeping the original column, and what do you do about the horn wire that goes down the middle of the original box so the horn works? What Pitman arm should be used?

Will this bracket work on a 41ford PU with a 525 gm box or 605 PS box? There is one listed for 35/40 ford plus PU. But you have to remove the original mount and I prefer not to. Thanks. TR
