    Overall Assessment

Customers acknowledge the product for its robust build but highlight that alterations are needed for fitting, meaning it's not a direct bolt-in system. They suggest the necessity of bending the brake pedal bar for optimum installation, particularly with a metal brake or adequate heat. Despite this, customers appreciate the brake system's performance post-installation, particularly in combination with a residual valve. However, due to modification requirements, some find the product better suited for those lacking the original pedal setup.

It's a nicely built product and I was expecting it to be direct bolt in. So the plate that bolts to the x frame is great, u will need to do a little frame trimming. The actual brake pedal bar that goes through the body WILL NEED BENDING with either a metal brake or lots of heat. If you don't bend that your pedal will almost go through the original gas pedal hole. Other than that along with a residual valve the system works great!

I bought this product hoping to make it easy on myself thinking it was as it says. A bolt in part for my car. Not at all. Very frustrated and haven't touched the car since I got the part now

Far from a "bolt in" set up!

While this is a very well built and sturdy master brake and pedal kit. BUT.... it is not a bolt on kit! For all the modifications I have had to make to it and to my 41 Ford Sedan frame, I would have been better off just modifying the stock pedal bracket! If I had any idea this would be the case before starting to modify the bracket, I would have sent it back or better yet, never purchased it! I would only recommend purchasing this kit if you do not have the original brake pedal set up.

I need a dual master cylinder to convert my 1951 F1 pickup original, but I wish it to also have the booster. Does Speedway have a master cylinder/booster combo that will work on my F1 truck?
