It took a while to figure out how the new bulb holders mount inside the cowl lamp housing, but after several attempts and a lot of frustration, I finally figured it out and they fit perfectly. Instructions could be clearer. No wiring diagram to show which wire connects "Hot" and which is ground, or if it makes a difference.

I'm trying to adapt these to a 1931 Dodge. Can you tell the diameter and depth of the reflector? Also, what holds the bulb in place?
