I had an original handle without a key, and the handle needed to be replated! The cost of having a locksmith rekey it and having it replated, would have cost several times what I paid for your replacement, and your handle fits, looks, and works like Ford made it! PERFECT!

Used this handle on my 39 tudor sedan to replace the original big handle and lisence plat light and lisense plate braket. Welded up the extra holes and turned the lisense braket upside down and mounted it under the truck lid which is viewable becauae there is no bumper.

Will this work on a 1931 coupe deck lid? I have an existing locking deck lid handle where the keylock does not work. Key only turns 90 degrees, not 180 degrees and does not lock the unit.
