Overall Assessment

Customers applaud the product for its tri power and easy installation. Despite some minor issues related to the roughness of machined surfaces and the ensuing need for some elbow grease, the product is well-received for its practicality and good design. Some customers even innovatively used vaseline to manage potential vacuum leaks. While some express a wish for machining quality improvement, the product is mostly lauded for its smooth operation and superior performance as compared to other brands.

Using on blown flathead. Finnish is acceptable for the price. A few minutes with good draw file on mating surfaces is all that was required.

Great casting, smooth, well made. The mating surfaces look like they were "smoothed" with a 40 grit belt sander but otherwise a fantastic little adapter. Little elbow grease and you are in business, it will need to be washed upon receipt as there is casting sand everywhere

The machined surfaces are rough at the 4 barrel part that connects to the old 4 barrel manifold. it can cause vacuum leaks, if you use dry gaskets. My old Edelbrock, 4 barrel manifold has a much better machined surface, than the Vintage speed manifold. I used plain old vasaline on the gaskets to solve this problem. So far it seems to work ok.

nice part but low machining quality

This manifold adapter is a great idea with a good design, however, the quality of the machine surfaces is lacking.
