Socket Head -6 AN ORB Plug O-Ring Seal Port Fitting, Steel

Constructed out of zinc-plated mild steel, the Zero-Leak plug features a two-seal design to ensure all of your fluids stay where they belong. The first seal, a metal-to-metal engagement between the plug and the port, has been specially designed for minimal gap and high unit loading. The design also allows for easy installation while requiring a greater force to be exerted upon removal, ensuring that the plug stays tightly installed. In the unlikely event that the first seal fails, there is an O-ring located underneath the taper, which acts as a backup. This O-ring also further prevents the plug from backing out, and cannot be forced to interfere with the threads where it could be damaged.

This plug can be removed and re-installed over and over without loss of effectiveness, and without damage to the plug or port threads. The Zero-Leak plug is guaranteed not to leak or back out, even in vibration, temperature change, and pressure spike situations.
