Vintage Air's 5th generation SureFit climate control systems are the most powerful and technologically advanced systems available today. They employ an exclusive, fully electronic microprocessor-controlled system that eliminates cables or vacuum connections. Separate, state-of-the-art, high-density aluminum heat exchangers pack the maximum possible performance and reliability within the confines of your dash.

Additional features include variable blower speed and dash/floor/defrost blend.

There are two options for the Condenser Kit (Turbo and Non-Turbo). If your compressor is mounted on the driver’s side of the vehicle, use the Turbo Condenser kit. If the compressor is located on the Passenger’s side of the vehicle, use the Non-Turbo Condenser kit option.

There are two Hose kit options, the Standard hose kit and the Modified hose kit. The Standard hose kit will only fit 1986-87 Grand National and T-type. The hose lengths and fittings are specific for these years and trim. For other trims, use the Modified hose kit, which will allow the A/C hoses to be cut to length and fittings to be clocked to your needs.

At this time, there is only one compressor bracket kit available for the Buick Regal, which is designed to only fit the 1986-87 Grand National and T-type. This bracket kit was designed using a 7B10 compressor. This compact compressor was used due to the tight clearance in the engine bay.

The Evaporator kit can be utilized for all Regal trims. The new electronic control panel is included in the evaporator kit and will fit all Regal trims as well. This complete kit was designed for the 1986-87 Regal Grand National with factory air. Some of the kits listed will fit other years and trims such as the T-type Sport Coupe, etc.

Some installations may require additional engine pulleys not included with kits. You must provide pulleys, V-belts, heater hoses and refrigerant. SureFit systems may interfere with some OEM radios or in-dash speakers. Vintage Air recommends using our heavy-duty fan blade and a fan shroud.

Complete kits include everything in the evaporator kit plus, all under-hood components such as compressor, engine brackets, condenser with brackets, preformed refrigerant lines, drier, fittings, hardware and installation instructions.
