Info
Air conditioning and alternator bracket set for 1937-54 216, 235 or 261 engines. Also fits 1955 First Series Truck 235 or 261 and includes brackets, hardware, and instructions.
Requirements
- 1937-54 All, or 1955 First Series truck engine
- On 1937-40 engines, use a pulley from the 1954 pump
- SANDEN 508 (SD5) type compressor. other compressors may work. Compare case dimensions
- Two grooves needed on the A/C compressor
- Works with all exhaust manifolds and headers
- Works with all intakes, except 3 x 1.
- Use a balancer from a 1954-62 engine to get the 3/8? belt groove.
- On 1937-40 engines use a water pump pulley off a 1954 pump.
- For 1941-54 engines, use a water pump from a 1954 that has the 3/8? belt groove
Does not work with - 1955-62 engines
- 3 x 1 intakes
