- Measures 4-1/2" O.D.
- 2-1/4" column can make it to about 10 degrees
- 2" column can make it to about 17 degress
- 1-3/4" column can make it to about 30 degrees

I have a two piece swivel floor mount now the swivel part keeps moving up the steering column not staying in place. Is the swivel part attached to the base so it will not move up or down on the base?
