Customers appreciate the sturdy clamp design of our side mirror, acknowledging its flexibility in adjustments for changes and complete removal for varying aesthetics. The mirror's high quality, good price, and easy installation were frequently lauded. Also, users found the product worked well on various car models like the '51 Ford pickup and '52 F1 Ford pickup. However, some customers found issues with a lack of adjustability and suggestions for a more protective base for car paint and inclusion of rubber wrap have been proposed. Despite these, customers would still recommend our side mirror due to its quality and functional appeal.

Looking rearward:)
I purchased these mirrors because they looked similar to the mirrors that I put on my 38 Chevy back in the 70's, these are better quality than what they replaced but just like the mirrors I took off there was a little interference with the door jamb as the door closed, I'll live with that as chipped paint isn't as important now as it was 40 years ago, the important thing is that I can see what's behind me.

i can not get this mirror to work on my car
this mirror has a nice finish and is well made. the base could be made better so that it doesn't scar the cars paint. the mirror needs to have more adjustment. I have a 36 ply. cp. and could not use this mirror. I could not adjust this mirror in a way to see along the side of the car to see behind me.

The description stated "universal", however when mounted on my '34 Chrysler only the driver's side allowed me to position the mirror so I could see the rear of my car. The passenger side was useless. The supplier rubber shims tore while tightening the set screws.

I wanted a good quality upgraded side mirror. The clamp on design is sturdy and allows me to change positions slightly following other mods that could affect the view. Also, this design allows me to remove completely if I want a different look.

These mirrors won't work on a Ford Model A. The mirror doesn't rotate inward enough to see down the side of my car. If the arm were bent in the right place they might but there's no changing that. Also, no luck with the peep mirrors with the 90 degree bent down arms.
