Seems to be a quality control issue with this part. .002" to large fit in pump. Unusable. Reviews from other sites of the same part indicate a common issue.

I used this when using a chevy power steering pump on a ford power rack and pinion. It will slow down the pressure so your steering is not as erratic and keep you from blowing the seals from the power rack
