Wont fit old GM saginaw power steerin on Mercruiser

Been having issues with power steering on 97 Mercruiser 5.7. It's the power steering with the actuator. Thought I would try this valve cause it looks same as old one. The Speedway valves are a about .003 bigger than the O D on the stock Saginaw pump. Guess Speedway pumps are Saginaw pumps with pressure valve cylinder bored out so only these will fit.
