I wanted something simple and clean t lock down the hood and deck lid. Hair pin clips work for safety lock

one of the original latches broke. this is exactly what was on the hood so it replaced easily.

Looks nice and will hold the lid down on my battery box. Works well and easy to install. The finish is nicer than I figured it would be for the price.

Just what I needed

Just what I needed to fasten down the hood of the home made Locost 7 I'm finishing. I had to grind down an old riveter to rivet them (6) on, but they look and work great.

Great bang for the buck

Plenty sturdy for my application, easy installation. The only difficulty I had was that on the latch side, the the holes are spaced too closely to the body to fit a standard-sized hand-held rivet gun. If you were going to nut and bolt instead, it would be a non-issue. Will be buying more in the future for body panel support.

Not adjustable, so placement must be dead on for the proper tension, but at this price It's completely acceptable.
