The nut on the large expander stripped on the first use, making it useless. Will buy my own grade 8 nut and see if that allows it to work.

I was afraid I would break the tool, so I heated the metal with heat gun. Do not over-heat the metal or you could damage the o-rings.

I've only used the mid sized expander so far. I used it on some 1 7/8" 16ga. tube to create a tighter fit in the flange for a set of custom headers that I have to build. The tube that I bought originally, was a few thou. too small, for a snug fit. This tool got me where I wanted to be. It was a worthwhile purchase.
