Using this kit makes the hook-up of your exhaust system a snap! The 2-1/2" diameter, 16-gauge, mandrel-bent tubes curve back at a 90° angle and are offset outward to clear the bellhousing and starter. They drop 10-1/2" from the header flange and they extend backward 17-1/2" after the 90 degree bend.
Just trim the length, weld on the 9/32" thick collector flange (included, with gaskets) and you're all set! Works great with any tight-fit headers. Header not included.

Worked great!
These took a lot of the work out of routing the exhaust in a very custom setup. The bends were perfect for my application. They give you plenty of material to trim where necessary. An exhaust shop would charge $100 to make these bends and they would not be mandrel like the speedway tubes. Great bargain. Very satisfied even though the tru-rams would not fit my truck.

too big a tube dia.
Wish they came in diferent tube diamiter size. If i could have got them in the same tube size as the header collector, i would have been done installing the exhust in no time at all. Car is so low to the ground that i need the extra clearence of a smaller tube diameter

These header extension pipes were perfect. Gave me excellent clearance and welded up nicely to my existing pipes. More clearance around the oil filter and transmission. Been on the car two years and 7000 miles with no issues.
