Tekton Tools SID92105 1/2 Inch Drive Deep 6-Point Impact Sockets

The size is marked in two ways on every socket—both as a high-visibility laser marking and a permanent stamped marking. The narrowed socket diameter goes all the way down to the base of the socket on small deep-length sizes. This allows for better reach into tight recessed areas. Not only is the socket a deep length, but the interior well also extends far into the socket, which allows for better fastener engagement in more situations. Part by part, we choose the best combination of steel alloys, heat treating specifications, and forming processes to meet the highest performance requirements. 

• Sockets work for both types of anvils found on 1/2 inch drive impact wrenches
• Provides an exact fit for hex fasteners
• Each socket size meets a minimum of 1.3 times the ANSI/ASME standard for proof torque
• There are no published ASME standards for 5/16 in., 11/32 in., 8 mm, 37 mm, and 38 mm impact sockets in 1/2 inch drive
