Customers have expressed concerns about the fit of the product, noting that the cap did not properly fit some filler tube openings. This was despite measurements taken by a representative. Some also found the product to be too expensive. Those two points appeared to be the major drawbacks.

Cap does not properly fit my "TANKS" filler tube opening even when the speedway representative measured the tank filler diameter from an in stock tank and compared it to a photo on speedways' website.
