TREMEC 30-17-4XR Mid-Position Shifter for TKO 500/600

This scaled down mid-shift kit is a streamlined version that makes for an easy installation in tight quarters.

It uses a Belleville washer system that is impervious to wear and offers excellent self centering bias.

This particular model works well in all cars with limited tunnel space such as kit cars, Cobras, sports cars, muscle cars and all console equipped vehicles.

Ideal for use with the factory and with the aftermarket console equipped applications.

Use this mid-position shifter and rear shift cover plate for TKO 500 and 600 transmissions. It requires part number 91029023-1 3/4 rail shift lug for final assembly. This conversion moves your stock TKO shifter position from the back tail shaft area to the middle of the transmission. Great for cars with bench seats or trucks and vehicles with recessed firewalls.
