TCI Engineering 532-5102-0S Details
TCI Engineering’s 1947-1954 Chevy pickup (1/2-ton 3100 Series) 4-Link Rear Suspension creates a lowered stance for superior handling via a lowered center of gravity. Smooth ride, better handling, minimal weight and greater axle control are just the beginning. Adjustable 4-Link bars allow fine tuning of wheelbase/pinion angle, eliminate wheel hop and provide greater axle control. Height adjustable coil-overs plus adjustable mounting positions provide many options for desired ride height. Energy Suspension provides the polyurethane bushings with lubrication valleys and come with their patented poly lube. Only American made steel is used to manufacture TCI Engineering components.
The installation for the 1947-1954 Chevy pickup 4-link rear suspension mostly requires drilling and bolting in components except for welding the axle brackets onto axle housing.
- Dramatically improve handling

It does not work for this year. It appears to work on a 47-54. I've called several times but no one there and no call backs. Number is 908-947-8888. My name in Ron. Tci mustang II worked out perfect. Believe this has the wrong kit in it. Says 47-54

Install went about as expected. Had to do more trimming on the crossmember thant I originally thought but we got it eventually. If you are at all considering doing the fuel tank relocation, do it while you do this kit and pull the bed off to make your life easier. Everything is well built and well designed. The spring rate is 300lbs which I found to be too stiff for my application. Ordered softer springs. You can watch the install on Matt's Garage Show Youtube Channel, Episode 11.3-Four Link & Coilovers.

I installed a 4 link suspension on a 3/4 ton Chevy truck frame and found my pinion angle on my rear end angled down and don't have enough adjustment to bring it level to my transmission. Do I have to Change the angle of the brackets on the rear end or can I shorten the 4 link bar length to accommodate pinion angle. Thanks John

Do you guys offer a 9 inch rear housing with the axle brackets already welded on that would fit the TCI 4 link. I don't have access to weld the brackets and a bolt on set up would be very helpful. Thank you
