The spring set was recommended to me by a friend running a hot rod fabrication business. I found installing it was pretty straightforward. The instructions weren't completely clear but I was able to get advice from my friend who had installed these before. He specifically recommended the TCI spring set over others.

Pretty well set up kit.could have been at least primed. Came up missing a "U"bolt. Only three out of four needed were in my kit. Everything fits but will not bolt in. We are welding it all. Over all I think this kit saves many hours of guesswork and fitting for the novice builder. I would use it again and recommend it highly..

the product installed fine. the springs are way to stiff and have very poor ride quality. after 4 emails and 3 phone calls I got no response from the manufacture. I would not buy there products again

Parts arrived unpainted, not with the nice paint job shown in the catalog. However Speedway did make good on this discrepancy when I brought it to their attention. Also, the leaf springs have only two leaves which seem to be too light for my car which is a 1948 five passenger coupe with a large trunk. Speedway claims the springs are adequate but I won't be convinced until I drive the car. Overall all the components are well made and fit as designed.

The kit is initially billed as TCI(1941-48) Ford Rear Kit but going to the installation instructions, it says it's for (1942-48). Since I have a 1941 I'm reluctant to order. I bought a front spring from you once before, called and was assured (again 42-48)that it would fit but it was too wide. Will this TCI kit work on my 41.
