Nice and simple. Drill a 3/4 hole drop them in and you have a secure mount for your fiberglass body. Gives right around a 1/4 inch of rubber cushion between frame and body.

These worked good for holding my modified t bucket body down pretty solid. No directions in the packages but had the speedway book that showed how to do it. Or I believe there was a down load for the instructions
