The Sure Seal air cleaner riser allows you to raise the air filter up for additional clearance around your carburetor, carburetor linkage, or choke horn. This air cleaner spacer has a unique sealing O-ring on the carburetor side to prevent dust from entering past the air filter base.

Just what I needed
I needed to raise the air cleaner housing because the fuel injection throttle body is shorter than a carb. This is 100% better than the warped plastic junk from a local parts house. Perfectly sealed the air intake. Love it. Great product.

Did not fit on Edelbrock 1406 without modification
Happy with the product outside of the fitment issue. Just know that before purchasing you will have to take a little off of the inner wall for it to fit a 1406.

Do you make a flat base air cleaner to go with this spacer? The base offered has a 1 1/2" drop so you would need a 2 inch spacer to gain anything. I want a flat base spacer that will fit in the 2 in spacer i already bought so the filter will stick up through the hood of my car
