The threaded rods were just too short to mount the generator bracket to my Navarro aluminium Heads. Perhaps they only work for Offenhauser heads. If so it should be stated as such. I wouldn't use threaded rod studs in my engines even if they were Grade 8.

These are a fixed length that seldom changes and as such should be a stud and not a piece of threaded rod. A 7/16" unc thread one end and a short 7/16"unf thread the other. As a threaded rod it may be grade 3?? I feel it will be worth paying slightly more for better quality studs and keeping your head gaskets!!
