Overall Assessment

Users commend the product's functionality, particularly in jet swapping and carb rebuilding tasks. Despite occasional durability issues, the tool demonstrated its worth in handling tough and stuck jets, with many customers noting its convenience and ease-of-use. Some customers, however, mentioned modifications such as shortening the tool for specific use cases. Several reviews suggest that the tool's quality may not be suitable for heavy-duty use, but it provides excellent value for occasional and light-duty tasks. The product's value was often emphasized, with customers recommending it for those dealing with original carbs and jets. Overall, the product provides satisfactory performance for its price.

The tool worked very well.

97 jets are very hard to remove without the correct tool. I hadn't seen my old tool in years so I thought that since I had a few carbs to restore I would give it a try. It is not he highest quality tool but it sure saved the jets and a very rare original carb.

It broke, but Speedway set things right.

I can't recommend this tool. I was as careful as I could be when I attempted to use it (used lots of spray lubricant and didn't use too much force), but it broke. As the description notes, I had to tap it down over the jets to get it to fit. When I bought the more expensive version of the same tool, this was not required. I was able to pull the jets with that tool without incident. I called Speedway to explain what had happened and they refunded the cost of the tool and even the shipping cost, no questions asked. Kudos to them for that. Speedway sells a lot of good stuff, but in this case I recommend sPending a little more for a higher quality tool. It will save time and frustration.

Have to be careful not to monkey up the threads in the carb when removing them , use a little heat on the carb , and they will unscrew easier .

I actually had to enlarge the business end of the tool as it was too small to fit over the jets.

I bought two of these and they both failed on the first use. One broke in two pieces and the tip mushroomed on the other.
