When I built my car, I stayed with the Stewart Warner gauges I've always used in the past. The gauge, the cables and everything that comes with the part are heavy duty. Try the visual comparison when looking at parts you need, it's a huge difference in size, and it lasts a long time. My only disappointment with this gauge was that I only got 43 years use out of this part. This is a great product, and it will always be something I use. It would have been nice if SW gave out decals advertising their parts so that it can be placed on the car for display like they used to do back in the 1960's... I do miss that.
