I have a 1946 Ford sedan. I restored and converted to 12 volt system. I have a SW 82303 fuel gage. The needle shows half full when tank is empty. I have checked all connections. Any thoughts as to problem? What sending unit should I purchase? Has a 17 gallon tank. Depth of tank is 7".
