I used the heim joint rod ends to help a friend in need. He has a new fertilizer truck with 600 gallon capacity and two gasoline pumps on the rear. One pump is situated way inwards and not easy to adjust the pressure flow so I used a five foot PTO flexible cable and the heim joints bought at Speedway Motors to link the adjuster to outside the truck bed so an operator didn't have to climb up every time. My friend spoke to the manufacturer of the special truck and told him how the problem was fixed. Now he wants pictures and a description of what I did to the truck!! Maybe I should make kits to do the job and sell them?
