The tech advisor said this was painted, turns out it is powder coated which is good, but I may done a different size if I knew it was coated instead of painted. All in all a good item.

I modified the bracket by putting a angle peace of metal so it would line up with the factory bolts. Fit like a glove. Great price . On shipping need to use Post office flat rate boxes on small items. Thanks for the person that came up with part.

This bracket is a little tight, but i ended up getting it to work. Th way my column is built, i had to disassemble the bracket and bend it pretty good to get it around the column. That's more an issue of my column than the product though.
