Overall Assessment

The product is appreciated for its quality and performance in making custom brake lines. Many customers highlight its durability, easy workability, and resistance to rusting as key features. It's noted that the product bends well and doesn't crack during flaring, leading to impressive results. However, a higher-end flaring tool is recommended for effective results. Some reviews, however, indicate inconsistencies with some units having seams and rust issues affecting the flare quality, but such cases seem less frequent. The product works exceptionally well when used correctly, often outperforming alternative steel tubing in longevity and aesthetics.

Absolutely will not double flare, which is noted so don't even try. I've been able to single 45 degree flare fine. I've used this line on Audi R8 race cars, ABS installs on twin turbo Porsche race cars and full brake line installs on high end classic cars. No problems!

Continuous seam down the line that cracks the flare

Very disappointed in this product. The inside had mild surface rust and seemed cheap. Also had a seam down the line that made my 37 degree single flare crack every single time. This product had a thinner wall with a seam compared to one I had prior from another vendor which had no seam and was clean throughout.

Used for brake lines for the rear end brake conversion. Be sure to use a higher end flaring tool for stainless.

I had ordered a roll of this before and had no issues. Needed to make some new lines after installing rear suspension. The second roll I bought has a seam on the inside. Tried reaming, deburing, drilling out the id, annealing, different lubes. The flare cracks on the seam every time. Pretty much useless roll of tubing.

I ordered this line for a -3 brake system on a drag car. I have the same problem as a couple other people. The line does have an internal sema that effects the flare almost every time. I've tried all different types of lubeNd also applied heat. Nothing works. Do not buy.

Tubing bends easily, you will need the rigid flaring tool to make the 37 degree flares which does a nice job ,don't even try to double flare it , I tried and broke 2 dies on my snapon flaring tool,

I purchased this brake line as it was advertised as being seamless. The brake line I was supplied with clearly isn't seamless which in turn leaves a deep grove in the 37 degree single flare. I'm an overseas customer and shipping cost as much as the product so no point in returning it.
