Works perfectly. Although a little small in diameter and not ergonomically shaped, the handle is long enough to keep knuckles out of the way, and the unit is well balanced. The head is sharp and the bearings are smooth, and it's replaceable. Best of all the price can't be beat.

Well built hand tool. Pinned porcupine roll is easily removed too, so it can be used with or without the handle. Steel handle too, so it can be mounted in a tool post. Best tool I have seen on the market and made in the USA.
