Speedway Motors 91060729 Details

These trailing arm mount pads are for use when mounting a different rear axle in your 1960-1972 Chevy pickup truck.  They feature an angle-notch design so that they will mate the rear axle to the original trailing arms at the proper angle.  They are designed to fit 3" axle tubes for 1960-72 1/2 ton Chevy/GMC pickups.

  • Weld on trailing arm saddle bracket for 1960-72 1/2 ton GM Trucks
  • Coilover spring applications only (not suitable for leaf springs)
  • For 3" axle tube
  • Pad holes are .810" or 13/16" diameter
  • Pad holes center-to-center spec is 4-1/4"
  • Sold in pairs

whats the difference between this pad and the pad used for leaf springs. I need a weld on pad for a 3" axle for truck arm suspension. The rear end is a quick change. just not sure why a leaf spring pad wouldn't work.
