this lights are a great problem solver
if you have the need for a license plate light and have space behind the mounting holes of the license plate, these are a great solution. You will need small connectors so that you can slip the wires through the holes and connect them on the back side, using connectors that pass through the mounting holes will allow you to remove the license plate without having to cut the wires.

Kind of cheap!
The wire on these is about 22 guage .. only way to connect them is put the plate on and then solder the wires. Would be better if they had an internal ground a 16 or 18 guage hot wire. I might get them to work, buit not really happy! Building old rat rod .. so not happy with the cost/quality
