We ordered a radiator and cap recently, cap was great worked very well...after having to fix the radiator. The radiator leaked around the neck and customer service was not able to get back to me in time for a replacement, I assume because of the weekend, so we had to have the aluminum radiator welded...it costed us an extra $50 and had to drive 30 minutes to the shop that could weld aluminum and on such short notice. After emailing everything to Customer service, they got back with me the following Monday and still gave us a $50 credit since we'd fixed and kept the radiator.
