Works great,, but very loud!!
The pump has great fuel pressure and constant,, I'm using it for my 68 Chevelle street car , concerned about how noisy the pump is as this is a street car , I can easily hear the pump over the motor in the cab, I've got a 64 Chevy II race car with a MagnaFuel 500 pump and the pump for my Chevelle is much louder, I've tried extra isolation but it didn't work, my not be able to use this pump.

I would not buy again
i started out quiet and working properly then it started making iratic noises and got louder. You could heart it over the open exhaust headers. Don't trust iot and returning for a refund.

Woks perfect on the engine run in stand I built. I could see this fuel pump working great on any typical hot rod. Kind of noisy but not too bad if you don't mount it to a solid steel mount. Use a couple of isolators for vibration.

will this pump pull a vacuum? How many inches? Will it handle diesel. I need it to pull fuel up a hump in the fuel line over the axle, about 8 inches to the engine.
