After using sub-par parts store flaring tools for ~15 years, I finally decided to buy one of these tools. I replaced every single brak line on my Coupe Deville and each flare turned out perfect! The brakes are now bled out with no leaks! I'll be replacing the fuel line next and have run a test flare on the 3/8" line I have and am happy with the results so far. If you plan on flaring your own lines, don't waste your time with the cheap ones from the parts store. Buy this tool. Also, I'll be using a more modern fuel filter that uses o-rings and this tool seems to be capable of making the collar in the line that's required for this fitting too.
